NEW YEAR, NEW GOB! our first gob mart of 2025 is just around the corner!!! join us as we return to the new home of the hoard- the OVIEDO MALL from 1-7pm for a full 6 HOURS of Orlando’s FIRST and ONLY DISCOUNT ART MART!!! find over 150 goblins selling art, vintage, food, collectables, and MORE!!
all the gobs are gathered around to celebrate a belated gift giving season in the only way the know how- swapping!!! got a new toy and wanna get rid of the old one? the trading tent returns!!! accidentally got two of the same thing (again) this year??? our vendors are ready to bargain! time for a little bit of a holiday clean out?? maybe ready to replace your old collection with all new stuff!?! then hit up a meet up and swap with other gobs who got the same interest!!!
no matter how you wanna spend your first gob of 2025, we got you covered!!! with over 150 of Orlando's best goblin artists, chefs, sewers, crocheters, potters, collectors, drink makers and vintage vendors, this gob mart will call in the new year with a BANG! join us for a full day of cosplay, live music, trading, art, food, AND a State of the Goblin address from the Goblin King & Court! We'll talk new years plans, answer YOUR questions, and do a toast with all you gobs to a new year full of good goblin fun together! PLUS! we're happy to announce we're now a NONPROFIT! introducing... THE GOBLIN COURT!

For all you gobs looking to trade with follow collectors and fans of specific stuff- try meet ups! Just check our schedule here on our gob-site leading up to a Gob Mart and find a schedule of when folks will gather at the picnic area and swap stuff!

How's it work??? Well, let's say there's a plushie meet up at 3! So starting 3pm, anyone who wants a plushie, has plushies to trade, or is just a fan and wants to talk to other plushie collectors, will meet in the far West portion of our event footprint! This is near the stage for good vibes and next to the picnic area in the grass!

Any issues with trading can be brought to a Goblin King who can help decide what's fair!

The schedule for Jan 2025 is...

1-2 pm - video games! old and new; Nintendo, Sega, and more; memorabilia, collectables, clothes, merch, toys, games, controllers, and more!

1:30-2:30 pm - books! manga, comics, paperback, hard cover, romance, sci-fi, picture books, zines- any and all books qualify! come back @2pm for more manga & anime trading and @5pm for more comic book & super hero merch trading!

2-3 pm - anime! DBZ to dungeon meshi; figures, clothes, plushies, fan art, manga, and more! please bring all cosplay, wigs, pillows & blankets, and clothes clean and ready to swap!

3:30-4:30 - My Little Pony! "Hello! I’ll be hosting the first ever meetup for gob market! It is a my little pony meetup for everyone who’s a fan of the show or wants to show off their MLP cosplays! Come on down and meet others who love the show as well! We will be taking a group picture at the end of the meetup!" Contact @Kylapath on Insta for more!

3-4 pm - nostalgic & kidcore! 80's, 90's, and 00's stuff; neopets, webkinz, and my little ponies; clothes, toys, plushies, art, you name it!

4-5 pm - art! anything YOU created! zines, kandi, prints, stickers, clothes, crochet plushies and fake cakes! PLUS any art you've got over the years! mystery bag prints, old fandoms, duplicate mystery pulls, etc. as long as it was made by you or someone you got it from! no ai art, amazon stolen art stickers, or store bought stuff allowed!

5-6 pm - super hero stuff! spiderman to xmen; DC, marvel, and more; collectables, comics, video games, clothes, cosplay, art- all kinds of heroes welcome!

6-7 pm - trinket trade! itty bitties, blind box toys, carefully curated garbage sorted by color, rocks, buttons, junk journals- all the random stuff you found and collected can be traded here!

* there's no guarantees that everyone will find someone to trade with, but we hope that this way more gobs can trade for something they've been hunting down and meet folks with similar interests! *

Join the goblin fun by taking, leaving, and trading at Trading Tent! Any good faith donations are welcome to swap, such as toys, clothes, books, art supplies, jewelry, trinkets, even your own art! Swing by anytime to add to the hoard; if you see something that strikes your fancy, you can barter with the tent host to ensure a fair trade. So remember to Spring Clean ahead of time and bring your goodies to swap!

how to add!

Visit ye GOBLIN KING, as ye ensures things are clean, usable, good faith additions to the hoard! Bring forth clothes, trinkets, toys, art supplies, books, even ye own art!

how to take!

If ye wishes to take from ye hoard, ye must confer with the GOBLIN KING that ye items are similar value, lest trading becomes unruley!

keep the pile clean!

Work with ye fellow goblins to ensure ye donation to the hoard are sorted, for ease of trade!

For thou that want for art & vintage, heed goblins shoppe signs and discover trades, barters, bundles, and discounts! remember, gold is always good at gob mart, too! (just not at the trading tent hehe)

ye ol' faq

can i bring my pet?

but of course! please bring your adorable friends on leashes at all times and respect our venue by cleaning up any accidents! your pets are welcome, along with photos of them!!

can i trade AND sell?

NO! our vendors PAY to be able to sell their wares! we ask that all visitors TRADE ONLY! anyone who comes and sells ANYTHING (food, art, toys, clothes, etc) without applying, being accepted, and paying to be a vendor will be stopped! if you are found to be selling a second time, you will be asked to leave!
this sounds a little harsh, you might be thinking, but keep in mind our vendors pay to be here! its a curated market, so they must apply and be accepted! it's not super fair for folks to pay $0 and sell their stuff :/
maybe one day we can have a more flea market type event where it's goblins selling AND swapping! but for right now, please respect this policy and DONT SELL!

can i bring a table or cart to trade?

yes and no! please don't bring a table or set up a blanket to sit and trade! our markets get crowded and we don't want anyone tripping or getting stepped on!
carts and wagons are welcome, though please be aware of other folks space and tents! you're welcome to trade with other goblins out of your wagon- we encourage use of signs to show people what you have and what you want!

can i donate to the hoard?

define donate.... if you mean can you bring a reasonable number of fair-condition items to a goblin king and be approved to leave some or all of it with us? yes!
if you mean can you bring a trash bag of dirty clothes and dump it at the front of the tent as a tripping hazard? please, gob no!
we're volunteer run and have limited space to move and store our stuff, so please be respectful when we don't have space for a large amount of items at once!

where do i park?

parking maps can be found on our instagram and facebook night before or morning of the event along with other day-of details! the oviedo mall is HUGE so no matter where you park, it's free and a short walk away from our venue area!

is gob mart accessible for disabled folks?

yes! we're hosted at the oviedo mall, an ADA compliant facility! we are in a parking lot though, so keep in mind a/c and seating areas might be a distance away from us inside the mall! we (plan) to have accessible portable restrooms, accessibility seating, ear plugs, free water, and other amenities for all our gobs at the accessibility tent, always found close to the trading tent!

what food will be there?

food changes from month to month! check out our latest update on Insta or FB to find out what food trucks will be there! we always try to have a diversity of options, including gluten free, vegan, & vegetarian! information on the food served inside the oviedo mall food court can be found on their website!

im a vendor- do you allow booth sharing?

aboslutely! goblin market is a discount art market, so it’s absolutely encouraged, by decree of the goblin king, to share ye booth with others! just be sure to fill out the application form to include your fellow booth goblin!

im a vendor- how do you apply?

check the apply button for each announced event in the events section of our site! each event is curated on it's own, meaning acceptance to one market its a guarantee of getting into every market! you can find all the links in one place in our linktree!
