  • Sarah Barcousky

    they/them

    BOARD PRESIDENT

    Sarah has over 15 years of experience working and volunteering in the nonprofit sector and a master's degree in nonprofit management. Currently, they are the founder and president of Waste Knot Orlando, a nonprofit organization focused on creative reuse and community building. They are very excited about the work that the Goblin Market is doing and for the opportunity to serve on the board.

    Goblin Faves:
    Trading tent and anything vegan from the food vendors!!

    Fun Fact:
    They are a competitive jigsaw puzzler.

    ARTIST / BOARD VICE PRESIDENT

    I assist with organizational tasks for the market itself and am the head of the nonprofit board of directors, which is responsible for approving any significant changes within the Goblin Court and all its events. I also occasionally contribute illustration and design services!

    Goblin Faves:
    Level Up Lemonade is always my first stop! AND... My favorite part of every market day is seeing all the sick outfits, cosplays, and fursuits!

    Fun Fact:
    I have an arcade rhythm game addiction. That’s pretty much where all my vendor profits go.

    BOARD SECRETARY

    I provide support to the board by assisting with clerical, administrative and organizational duties related to Goblin Market and our other events. I also contribute illustration and design work!

    I love working at the grassroots level to support local makers and businesses in Orlando, and find the work of helping make Goblin Market happen very fulfilling.

    Goblin Faves:
    I love stopping by the trading tent throughout the day! I love how much fun people have bartering their treasures, and there’s always new things to find.

    Fun Fact:
    I’ve worked on several indie animated films!

    BOARD TREASURER

    Guarding the books like a goblin guards its hoard - meticulously and very serious about every last coin. Wrangling spreadsheets by weekday, and in the artist alley on the other side of the table by the weekend. They understand what creators need and make sure the finances are organized to support the mission.

    Goblin Faves:

    BARTERING... I love a good barter! Trading my art for weird and niche trinkets someone could have only inherited from their hoarder grandma is like chicken soup for my soul. Not to mention, our attendees! The sense of community I get from Goblin Market is absolutely unparalleled!

    Fun Fact:
    I love pre-code era films and am an absolute nerd about our right to repair (currently in progress to become an engineering technologist)!

  • Rex (Tiger Eggs)

    ARTIST / BOARD MEMBER

    Hello? -tap tap- Is this thing on? My name is Rex, and I've been drawing on various surfaces since the day I hatched from my wee goblin egg. I bring an eclectic set of skills to the table, none of them useful, most of them involving drawing goofy pictures of goblins.

    Goblin Faves:
    My favorite part of the market day is set-up! If I'm lucky, I'll finish early and I can run around and see my friends for a few minutes before the day kicks off. It's also the best time to hit up Forty Winks for some GOB JUICE :)!!

    Fun Fact:
    I have a pretty sizable collection of December Diamond's gay merman ornaments. It's almost getting out of hand. Almost teehe lmao :3c (if I had to pick a favorite, it's Beached Whale)

    I joined the board to help forge magical connections and partnerships for GOB. I might get a little lost in the Discord chaos sometimes, but I promise I’m trying my best to keep up and stay on the gob-ball!

    My fav market was the Worm Moon and the Clown themes!! I think the vendors are great and diverse, I love them ALL!

    A Queer Orlando native and Furry, Omni has, reluctantly, over 20 years of experience in the Hospitality industry - 10+ of them in Orlando Theme Parks. Programming Lead for Megaplex 2024 & 2025, "Draconic CEO" of Tails & Tales.

    Cannot stop talking about the food. Coffee addict.

    Has too many stories to share and sick nasty dance moves (they make you ill to witness).

    Fun Fact:
    I have way too many hobbies that I got sort of invested in for a while before never doing them again. Does everyone do that or is that just me?

    Hyper-passionate attendee of Goblin Market and lover of artists in all forms! Very much an information sponge, happy to learn more about the inner workings of the market. Looking to use my shiny new degree in education sciences to support my favorite place in Florida!

    Goblin Faves:
    Any drag shows are always my favorite! My friends and I are always managing our time at the market around them, and getting a good seat is top priority. Each performer is so talented, and I love the space provided for local artists of all kinds!

    Fun Fact:
    I am obsessed with Web 1.0! You can often find me browsing the Wayback Machine, digging up wonderful treasures lost to the new web (most of my time is spent on WestHollywood of GeoCities, hehe). The aesthetics, culture, and stories of old personal web pages are always so fascinating!

    My name is Taylor (Loey), I'm an AuDHDer with a professional desk job by day, craft gremlin by night. After getting my undergraduate degree, I went straight to law school. I spend most of my days working in the legal field. After hours, I'm an avid animal lover that enjoys experimenting with different crafts and fixing things up for fun. I'm always on the hunt for cute trinkets and plushies to add to my hoard!

    Goblin Faves:
    My favorite part of my Gob trip is browsing handmade jewelry stalls and one-of-a-kind plushies. At the end of the day, I like to round off my trip with a refreshing cup of Level Up Lemonade!

    Fun Fact:
    I collect various trinkets and one-of-a-kind items, but my most expensive collection consists of hand-sculpted and painted realistic art dolls!

    Coordinating, Organizing, and sending a looooots of emails! Sometimes I get a good idea, or even other people give me a good idea, and then I do it! It's not easy being king, so I'm lucky to have an army of great Gobs to help get the job done!

    Behind every successful Goblin King, there's a weird goth girl who likes making to-do lists. That's Peyton! Catch her at Gob events helping to make sure everyone's having the best time ever.

    Maddie works to try to make the mart as safe and accessible as it can be! From preemptive planning to day-of First-Aid, Maddie aspires to learn from every Goblin Mart where improvements or resources may be needed. Through research and collaboration, they care most about contributing to a rising culture of maker’s & art marts being accessible for all!

    Seeing everyone dressed to the nines, in fur, cosplay, etc. & ALL THINGS GOB!!

    As Head Maid of our Goblin Maid Cafe, I’ve gathered the best of the best from the hoard and taught them the way of the mysterious Maid Cafe… I tried my best to teach them, but they’re still goblins at heart. <3

    Almost every single colorful, bold, & fun graphic that comes out of this goblin factory goes through ME first! I’m the gob who’s making magic happen behind the scenes to help make things POP! I work alongside multiple board members and the Goblin King themself to set THE visual standard for the Goblin Market aesthetic.

    My favorite thing has been seeing Dr. House from the hit 2010’s show HOUSE MD take over Goblin Market. Also, I am now a Wafu taiyaki fish addict.

    Fun Fact:
    I collect old radioactive stuff! I have a glass shelf in my living that not only glows under a blacklight, but it will make a Geiger counter SCREAM if you open the door!

    STAGE MAGISTER

    IIf someone at Gob is singing, dancing, or otherwise going out of their way to make you cheer, then chances are I had something to do with it. As the Stage Magister, I oversee our performers and make sure each Goblin Market has those little moments of whimsy that make them memorable.

    Goblin Faves:
    Lucky Straws is the best bubble tea cafe in Orlando, and I′ll die on that hill. In fact, I′ll live on this hill. Forever. Because I′m right.

    Fun Fact:
    I′m a jack of all trades — I write music, record it, mix it, master it, and put it on live. From making music to marketing it, I′ve got experience at every leg of the music making process. You can find my main project ″tenebrum.″ on all major streaming services, or on @tenebrvm on social medias.
