The GOBLIN KING is always looking to expand their army! Apply here and join our volunteer team of goblins that help to load in vendors, set up the trading tent, regulate trading, take out garbage to keep our event clean, coordinate events and stage shows, sell merch, inform attendees about our event, hang posters, take photos & videos, staff the accessibility service table and more!

Volunteers are given a role to work for the day and are expected to show up on time and work for the duration of their shift! The position, time, and length of this shift are discussed beforehand, so you're not thrown into something you don't expect! We have one 2-hour call the week of the event to review details that we expect volunteers to attend over Discord! 

You get to be involved in the making of Gob Mart! It's pretty cool to see how it all comes together and be a part of a thing you love so much! Everyone gets lunch vouchers for their time, the exclusive volunteer ribbon, and after volunteering 3 times, you get a neon green goblin market staff shirt for free! To keep!!! Pretty cool! We can also sign for volunteer hours and are happy to be added to your resume! 

Hell ya! If you have a good time and wanna come back to volunteer with us, we'd love to have you back! Gob keeps expanding, and that means we need more and more folks every time!

Morning shifts are about 5 hours long, and we ask folks to stay for the full duration of the shift! Midday shifts are broken up into 2, 4-hour shifts! This can be for setup and during the event, or during the event and breakdown! We have volunteers help to set up or break down their station as part of their shift! You can decide if you want to stay longer, which is always welcome!

We encourage our volunteers to come prepared with stuff they’re ready to get sweaty in and gear to last them the day! But the dress code is loose- green stuff if you have it, and all things you're comfortable working in! 

Sure! There are options when you sign up to pick the positions you prefer, and as a volunteer, you get first dibs on what team you wanna try out for the market first!
